The wedding photography by husband and wife team Nigel and Christina Davison from 2 Tone Creative Photography brilliantly records the special day in the minutest detail. Nigel and Christina expertly created the most wonderful reportage – the telling of a story in images. This they achieved with perfection arriving at the castle on the day of the wedding at 11am in the morning well before the service at 1.30pm. Nigel went to see the groom, best man, page and father of the bride and Christina came to our room. They immediately began recording almost every little detail of the run up to the actual wedding – including a shot of me sitting under the window ironing Elizabeth’s veil wearing jeans and T-shirt. When I viewed their work for the first time, I was enthralled. There were shots of the bouquet, Elizabeth’s shoes and bodice, the bride and sister laughing together walking down the corridor, details of the bride’s skirt, the bride putting on her make - up and many more beautiful images which we will all treasure. They worked relentlessly, recording the entire day and evening in the most imaginative and creative way. They are to be commended for their committment, professionalism and superb talent and I am delighted they have enabled me to show you a little of their work here.
